On Puzzle Maker.Discovery Eduction.com you can make your own word search puzzles and crossword puzzles using words of your choosing.
You have to sign up to Word Search Fun, but it is free. It is very user friendly and also has hundreds of user made puzzles that you can look at to print and use in a classroom.

Here are three sites that can help teachers and students with health vocabulary words for Spanish class. Some sites are for teachers and others are interactive for students:

Nourish Interactive is available in English and Spanish. It has a nutrition dictionary, lesson plans, food pyramid sheets according to grade level, puzzles, and worksheets. It also has things for the students to take home, like handouts for parents, activity sheets, cooking activity sheets, and food diaries, to name a few.
On Quizlet, there are 59 health related terms with the English translation. There is an interactive flash card game to help you learn the words.
